What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, used solely to reply to your enquiry and manage any resulting relationship.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. We record, in aggregate, page views, traffic source and which parts of the site get used (whether the agent is opened, whether the calculator is used, how far a page is read, or at which field a form is left, never what is typed), without identifying anyone and without storing full IP addresses. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we record none of that. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. Nor is there any embedded third-party content: everything you see is served from this site.

Lab newsletter

If you subscribe, we keep your email, the market you subscribed from and the date you confirmed it, for a single purpose: sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given with double confirmation: until you open the link in the email, we do not write to you. You unsubscribe with one click in any mailing, and we then delete your email from the list.
